AREAS OF COMPETITION
JUDGES INTERVIEW – 35%
Each contestant has a personal interview with the panel of judges. Questions will be age-appropriate, conversational, and will help the judges learn more about each girl/woman. The judges are looking for personality, confidence, and ability to express themselves verbally. Titleholders must be able to express themselves and project a pleasant personality at all times. Delegates should wear a dress or pantsuit for the interview. Contestants will begin their interview with a 30-second introduction
Interview Lengths:
Jr Teen & Under = 3 minutes
Teen & Up = 4 minutes
EVENING GOWN/FORMAL WEAR – 30%
Contestants will appear on stage in the evening gown or formal weat competition. Titleholders must carry themselves with grace, poise, elegance, and confidence. Jr Miss and up must wear floor length gowns.
FITNESS or SWIMWEAR/RESORT WEAR – 25%
Contestants showcase their best fitness wear, swimwear or resort wear on stage, embodying confidence and style. This portion highlights each contestant’s poise, grace, and personality as they model in their chosen attire, whether it’s fun fitness wear, chic swimwear or sophisticated resort wear. Judging will focus on their overall presentation, how well they embody the essence of fashion, and their ability to captivate and engage with the audience.
Teen & under – Fitness outfit of their choice. Must wear athletic shoes.
Miss & up – Swimwear (one-piece or two-piece) look or Resort Wear outfit of their choice. Sarongs, cover-ups, and capes are okay. No props, hats, sunglasses, umbrellas, or bag accessories allowed.
PHOTOGENIC/HEADSHOT SUBMISSION – 10%
Photogenic Competition celebrates natural beauty,
confidence, and camera presence. Contestants will submit one professional headshot that captures their personality, poise, and global appeal. This category accounts for 10% of the overall score, recognizing the delegate who best embodies charisma and visual impact in a single striking image.
